Description Black and white etching on off-white wove paper. Image of a donkey race with the riders urging their donkeys forward with sticks. A large rowdy crowd with whips and sticks appears at the lower left and a bulldog runs at the bottom center. The caption "DONKEY RACEING" is printed above the image and "Printed & Sold by L:M: Langham 3. Red Lion Street Holborn" is printed at the bottom.

"5" is written in pencil to the lower right of the image.

Sheet mounted on larger sheet of ecru wove paper. "Drawn & Etched by George Cruikshank when about 12 or 13 years of age" is written in pencil below.
