Description Pencil, chalk, and wash landscape drawing on white wove paper. A boat is pushing off from the beach and a large building appears at the right.

Attached to a sheet of heavy wove paper. The caption "Launching a Lifeboat/On the right standing on a cliff is a group of buildings. Underneath is a lifeboat being launched out to sea where a small boat is in distress" is typed t and attached to the sheet. "911F" is written in pencil on the reverse.
